This is my take on a classic from the Caribbean

Haskhells is using the Trinidad scorpion chilli alongside a combination of spices, aromatics and brown sugar to create an mouth watering dry rub

Mix with olive oil for a sweet, spicy and savoury marinade with hints of smoke  perfect for chicken, pork or goat.
