Lemon Tearjerker Salt – MEDIUM

A re-imagining of our already popular Aji Lemon season

This is now a much finer blend to ensure a much more even and rounded flavour

The perfect compliement to fish, adding heat and flavour without overpowering it

You get a beautiful citrus hit from lemon salt, followed by a lovely heat from the Vietnamese Tearjerker chillies which means that not only does it work amazingly well with Fish but pretty much everything else too.

Try it as a seasoning on your Chips, to finish over a Risotto, and you MUST try it on Roast chicken too!

You could even use it on your Margarita glasses to create the perfect spicy drink
