Think Tabasco with a lot more heat and depth of flavour. A sharp, tangy bite and a clean, lingering heat that doesn’t overpower the great taste. A very versatile sauce that would enliven so many dishes I can think of that I can see myself going through my first bottle rapidly. A winner!
