Scott ‘The Brute’ Rivers –
A chunky and full bodied sauce would be excellent for pasta dishes as the flavour would pair incredibly well with arrabiata and the likes. This would also be a perfect topper for chips and paella too the lack of tomato in the recipe makes for an incredible, deep, unique flavour.
Heat is very mild and suitible for anyone even children in my opinion.
Sweetness is similar to a roasted bell pepper as this is the main flavour you get from the sauce.
Flavour is deep and rich with a nice initial gourmet cider vinegar hit followed by the flavour of the rich roasted peppers and picante sweetness.

A more rustic vibe sauce that is awesome as a base for salsas and certain pasta sauces. It has a sweetness like roasted bell peppers but with an acidic kick and mild heat. Highly recommend this as a store cupboard essential.

Best tasting sauce I have ever had. I’ve only used it on veg, but maybe I will try on pasta as well. I choose the Piquant sauce as it’s sugar free, as I avoid buying anything with added sugar. I will need to stock up with lots of these.
